NEC has launched VALUESTAR G Type C, a new water-cooled compact desktop PC that features a casing 1/3 slimmer than conventional models (Note 1). VALUESTAR G Type C is only available through NEC's online PC shopping site "NEC Direct". A water-cooling system is used to reduce the heat generated by the PC.
The amount of heat rises as the performance of the CPU increases, so by replacing the conventional fan with this water-cooling system, the computer remains quiet even when the CPU load is high.
The PC is designed based on the concept of "in your intelligent space", anticipating use in personal spaces such as studies. The black color gives an impression of quality and quietness.
