Chart of Organizations Tackling the Global Warming Problem

Within Topic-Based Promotion Sub-groups, in which the NEC Group companies also participate, four meeting bodies are installed to discuss global warming measures.
The Topic-Based Promotion Sub-groups report and propose to the Environmental Management Promotion Council, which promotes anti-global warming measures in general, to implement energy-saving measures by the entire NEC Group.

Activities at Each Plant

Fuchu plant

Triggered by enforcement of the Tokyo Metropolitan Environmental Security Ordinance by Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the energy-saving solution "enepal PC" that uses ICT has been installed in office computers.

Tamagawa plant

At the Tamagawa Solution Center, a reduction of CO2 emissions of about 50% is projected through the use of ICT and energy-saving facility systems.

Abiko plant

In the total refurbishing of luminaires, energy-saving fluorescent lamps AlLine are installed, reducing power consumption by about 55% while maintaining the same illuminance level as before.
