Implementation of Collaborative Delivery Network System increases working efficiency and improves customer services
In order to strengthen its Collaborative Delivery Network operations, Nihon Express has constructed a Collaborative Delivery Network System that offers SCEM (Supply Chain Event Management) monitoring based on EAI and BPI, and which operates on a Collaborative Delivery server that utilizes new Solutions from NEC.
Nexus, a company whose wide-ranging activities include web marketing, and sales of communication and information equipment, established a call center in its Shibuya office in May 2003, to accommodate further expansion. In establishing the center, Nexus installed NEC's APEX7600i IP-PBX, and DtermSP20 SoftPhones, integrated with a CTI system. This enabled the 150 seat call center to be switched entirely to IP, achieving more efficient operations and improved service.
